Returns & Exchanges

At Chasing Tiny Humans we stand behind the amazing quality of our products and 100% guarantee our workmanship. All products are inspected for quality assurance before they are sent out. 

Please make sure you inspect your products as soon as you receive them and let us know if there is a problem. We are more than happy to replace any product that is defective, e.g. misprints, manufacturing issue, etc. at no charge. 

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. HOW DO I GET IT FIXED? 

We hate to make mistakes, but sometimes we do… Please know that we strive to exceed your expectations and will get you out the correct item ASAP. 

Send an email with photos of the item received to our customer service department at Support@ChasingTinyHumans.com and we will take care of getting you the right item. 
 


CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • Yes! We offer free exchanges. Please email Support@ChasingTinyHumans.com with your full name, order number and/or email address you used when ordering and the reason for exchanging.
  • If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item.
  • If you ordered the wrong size, all you have to cover is shipping cost to send the item back to us and we'll send you out a new item at no additional cost.

*Exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered.
 


DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? 

  • We sure do! We guarantee you'll love it - or your money back. 
  • Returns must be made within 60 days of delivery. 
  • To process your return, please send an email to Support@ChasingTinyHumans.com with a reason for the return and we will help you process your return. 
  • All items must be sent back in original, unworn/unwashed condition and packaging
  • Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to process through back to your bank. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.

*There are NO RETURNS for Personalized, Holiday, or Promotional/Sale Items. Those sales are FINAL unless there's a quality issue or incorrectly sent to you.
